Who handles your inquiry

FENFUX Global is a brand of 广州丰富电子商务有限责任公司, a Chinese company that handles business inquiries. The company has no formally registered English name; its Chinese legal name is used here.

Information and purposes

Our online inquiry form collects your name, company, business email, country or market, product interest, order type, quantity, project requirements and selected response in the consent field. We use this information to receive and review business inquiries, respond manually, and discuss potential wholesale cooperation. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing or send an automatic reply.

Please provide only information relevant to your business inquiry. Do not enter identity documents, payment details, sensitive personal information or unrelated information about other people in the requirements field.

Online form and notifications

You choose whether to follow the link from this website to Yandex Forms. Yandex Forms collects and stores the complete answers. Authorized company personnel access the answers by signing in to Yandex Forms from China to review and handle inquiries.

Our Microsoft Outlook mailbox, fenfuxsales@outlook.com, receives a standard notification that a new inquiry has been submitted. That notification does not contain your name, company, email, country, product, order type, quantity, requirements, consent answer or other submitted answers. If we subsequently communicate with you by email, that separate correspondence may include information you provide or information needed to respond to your request.

Yandex Forms is an external service and its own terms and privacy rules also apply: Yandex privacy policy. Microsoft processes mailbox information under its applicable service rules: Microsoft privacy statement.

Website

The published static website is hosted through Netlify. Hosting may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, for delivery and security under its service rules: Netlify privacy statement. We do not state a specific hosting-log retention period or data-center location here.

The previous website email-submission system is not used for this inquiry path.

Retention and requests

Under our company policy, email correspondence for unsuccessful inquiries is retained for 12 months from the last business exchange, then manually reviewed for deletion or another justified disposition. Contracts and orders for completed transactions are managed separately. This policy does not establish a 12-month deletion guarantee for Yandex Forms, hosting logs or third-party backups.

Yandex Forms answers are subject to the service's storage and deletion mechanisms. Removal from the active answers list does not necessarily mean permanent erasure. We do not promise immediate or automatic permanent deletion of service backups or all copies.

To ask about submitted information, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise another privacy-related question, email fenfuxsales@outlook.com. Include enough information to locate your inquiry, such as the approximate submission date and the email you used. We review requests manually, carry out verification appropriate to the request, consider applicable requirements and retention duties, and coordinate with the service provider where needed. We will explain the action taken or any limitation. Do not email identity documents unless a necessary and secure verification method has been agreed.

Following WhatsApp, Telegram or VK links takes you outside this website to the corresponding third-party service. Those platforms apply their own data-processing rules. FENFUX does not control their processing. These links do not automatically send a message.
